We developed a Responsive Task Management Web Application after understanding all the Customer needs. It has features of creating, scheduling and assigning of the task as well as the ability to Notify assignee through WhatsApp and email notification at every Task Stage till its completed.
We developed the RPA solution using two bots Dispatcher and Performer and a SQL DB. All alerts are sorted on Priority with first in first processed basis, which Bots maintain in a database. Dispatcher Bot continuously check for new alerts on the portal and owns all the alerts on the priority basis and send the alert information to the database.
We automated the Dispatch Report Creation process through RPA, using Automation Anywhere tool, where bot logs into the SAP system, pull all the active orders records by entering the required details into the SAP and perform calculations.
We developed RPA solution where bot will pull the records from the SAP system, as per date range and customizable parameters like Item Code, Sales Area etc required for the Report. The SAP data will be saved in SQL by Bot and will run queries in SQL to create required data set after performing calculations for the reporting.
We developed the RPA bot that automated the end to end process where Company was added along with Admin and employees into the HRMS. We also automated sending welcome e-mail to customer’s end users along with password, once they were added to platform.
