Business Case :

Customer had to add Company Accounts and respective Administrators for them in their HRMS. They also have to add employees in 1000s for respective accounts from excel files. All the steps are repetitive and was being done manually which was very time consuming

Solution :

We developed the RPA bot that automated the end to end process where Company was added along with Admin and employees into the HRMS. We also automated sending welcome e-mail to customer’s end users along with password, once they were added to platform.
