Through interactions and conversations, our team understood all the important business functions with each key stakeholder and the required validation checks. We developed a single web application that included automated processes that ensured the entering of data directly by each department without reconciliation and manual intervention. This application did not require any manual intervention, was relevant to all, and involved all departments.In order to validate the data accuracy and report issues to respective stakeholders/departments, we developed a strong validation and reporting engine according to business logic. This enhanced stakeholders; accountability for the data entered. The overall process time reduced drastically as all the required data was available at a central location to all the stakeholders. Reports and dashboards provided critical information easily that helped to provide a clear overview of operations.
